Refund policy

Any order cancellations will be credited for 1 year or refunded with a 20% restocking fee. At this time we only offer an DOA (Dead On Arrival) guarantee on corals and non-coral inverts. Once we receive the request we will issue a replacement or store credit on any DOA livestock. The store credit does not include the cost of shipping. We do not offer refunds on livestock or shipping. Golden State Corals cannot be held responsible for mechanical or weather delays that may cause your FedEx or UPS shipment to arrive late.
