Order Cancellations
Order cancellations may be issued as store credit valid for one year. If a refund is requested instead, a 20% cancellation/restocking fee will apply.

Live Arrival Guarantee
Golden State Corals provides an Arrive Alive Guarantee on eligible corals and other live invertebrates. Any DOA claim must be submitted within 2 hours of the carrier-recorded delivery time and include clear photos of the livestock in the original unopened shipping bag.

Approved DOA claims will be resolved with a replacement or store credit for the value of the affected livestock. Shipping charges are not included in store credit, and customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending replacement livestock.

We do not issue cash refunds for livestock or shipping charges.

Golden State Corals is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, or other circumstances outside of our control. During extreme weather, we may recommend or require that shipments be held at an approved FedEx or UPS location for pickup to help protect the livestock.
