Shipping Delays & Replacement Shipping
Golden State Corals ships live orders via FedEx and UPS. Carrier delays, severe weather, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect the scheduled delivery time.

If livestock qualifies for replacement under our Arrive Alive Guarantee, the value of the affected livestock will be replaced or credited in accordance with our policy. Shipping costs for replacement orders are the customer’s responsibility.

During extreme weather or other conditions that may affect safe delivery, Golden State Corals may recommend or require that an order be held at an approved FedEx or UPS location for customer pickup.
